Anxiety is more than just...

Anxiety is more than just a reaction to a situation
I believe its goes much deeper and we can get past by causing treason
Trespassing on un  common grounds and finding real true meaning
Blocking out the gossipy debates and you'll see a greater picture

Humanity as a whole is now in an interesting position..
It's not about choosing sides, or proving certain religions
It's about having faith in yourself to get through all the seasons
Everything is scream that... why do we continue to not listen?

The mind afflicted with deep uncertainty is no accident at all
We are plunging towards a massive failure that could wipe us out!
Stop and listen, pay attention... it can be seen in every place on earth
When you follow your own true self... you will have nothing to fear at all.

We are all told that anxiety can be fixed with pills or worse!
But I think more people need to show compassion so we can rid the earth
of all this hate and anger that comes from lack of understanding
We share out compassion and our knowledge, that's when we will feel great!

My heart goes out to everyone who suffers from their demons...
Forgive yourself! It will be ok! You are worth it, just hang in there!
You are special and you have great powers, ones of empathy!
Those powers aren't bad, they are really good! Without them you could not see.

We get caught up in what we do, but it's ok to ponder!
Maybe you just need some time, I did, then things worked out!
I'm hear to say anxiety is real but its not a reflection of doom
It's the warning bells, that make us aware, that things need to change for the better!

One day I walked into a temple,
one that i didn't know..
I found inside the same peacefulness
I'd discovered in other places of worship

We are all connected
telling our stories
of times when things were
more clear to see

I stared into the flames of the fire
and captured the image above
I feel great inner peace from this
a reminder to breath and be calm.
